James posted about this on Facebook. It sounds like there are two problems with different solutions:

If you end up on the wrong route, it may be because the portal configs are only loaded when you log in. If you do not terminate the app and do a fresh log in before the event, you may be routed incorrectly.

If you’re routed to the correct climb but the finish doesn’t work properly, that’s a separate problem and they are changing the routes for ZRacing stage 1 to do a complete lap instead of finishing at the top in order to work around this.
