Having contacted Elite and got utter nonsense in reply, I have thrown Misuro B in the bin (where it belongs) and bought Wahoo RPM Speed and Cadence Cycle Sensors and attached to my Elite Novo Force 8 zwift after watching this on youtube:
Wahoo RPM Speed and Cadence Cycle Sensors work perfectly and took 5mins to set up and I’m now Zwifting (on my ipad air 2) and its working well 
Anyone with an Elite Novo Force 8 and wanting to use Zwift DONT waste your time with Misuro B. Spend the extra £15 and get Wahoo sensors.
Im now a super happy cycling bunny
