I have been Zwifting for over 2 years without difficulty. I went on vacation and when I came back, I could not get either of my devices (a Saris H2 smart trainer and my HR monitor) to pair with Zwift. I have read all the troubleshooting pages and tried everything suggested, including:
Uninstalling and reinstalling Zwift and Zwift Companion (several times!)
Updating the firmwear on my smart trainer
Ensuring that the smart trainer light is flashing blue
Ensuring that Bluetooth is on for the smart trainer and my devices and that Zwift Companion and Zwift are set to accept Bluetooth
Changing the battery in the HR monitor
Removing all other Bluetooth devices from my iPhone and my iPad that I use to Zwift and trying to only pair with the smart trainer
Making sure the devices are close and there is no physical barrier
My smart trainer is showing up as a Bluetooth device on my iPhone so it is sending a signal, but it is still not paring with Zwift
I tried the Zwift online chat and did everything recommended. I then twice said I’d like to talk to an ambassador and it told me I would be connected, but it never happened.
If anyone has any suggestions, I’d appreciate it because I am frustrated and about to move onto a new app, which I’d hate because of my history on Zwift. Thanks for any thoughts!
