looking for a new (used) frame - any suggestions for sites/organisations that are trustworthy & reliable quality?
You don’t give a lot of details about your set up nor much info about you ability to fix / repair / adapt a bike to use on a trainer.
Will the frame ever venture outside?
Used frames can be obtained at yard sales trash bins etc.
The options are almost limitless.
You don’t say where you are, but if in UK, have a look at the sales prices of new bikes in stores like Halfords, you could get a Carrera hybrid with 2x8 speed for ~£325 that would be great for the turbo and outside.
My first port of call is always the local bike store. If they can’t fix the problem they will have access to bikes/spares/parts that will suit most people.
Mine is Cyclelogical in Newcastle, England, they have saved me many times.
