My Hamilton portal sections timer broke?

Searched and found a few issues but I’m on it now and the sections timer isn’t working.

The main timer is working but not the sections.

edit I’m now to section 5 and audit companion has blanked out. No time on first section but the rest have times now but I can’t see myself on companion. So like a similar bug last year but still there.

I’m happy to try anything to fix except end the ride. It’s already going to be a 2+ hour slog for me

Like that the whole way up. And now down with 8 kM left it’s like Emerging from a cloud cover -the trail on zwift companion comes back

Hi @Kiersten_Ko

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I scanned your server logs for clues, and I’m seeing you running the Zwift app on an M1 Macbook Pro - that seems to be your preferred device, please confirm?

I’m also seeing you use the main app on an iPad 16. By any chance, are you looking at the iPad while you’re riding on the Macbook? We recommend uninstalling the main app from your iPad to eliminate the risk of concurrent logins.

I use the MacBook for 98 percent of my rides. I only use the iPad really to check things after or updates or to watch friends. I did have the update on MacBook today before my ride. I had seen someone had a similar issue last year as well. I should not have been “on “ both at the same time but I know I updated my bike on iPad so I wouldn’t forget before the climb. I’ll double check but I know I won’t be going up that one again!!

Side note, if you watch my activity summary on zwift companion, I ride off the screen, eventually hit the top because you see me get the jersey then show back up on screen.

Wonder if it matches when you lose the companion tracker…
