I cancelled Zwift for 3 weeks while on Holidays.
Zwift Membership ‘Reactivate’ keeps declining saying ‘Credit Card Declined.’
My credit card is NOT in debit and current for another 5 months.
Please assist - I’ve only got a day left before Zwift expires.
Do not worry about the one day left - you do not lose your account or past Zwift information, it is all there waiting for you when you renew your membership.
Zwift will not deal with membership payment issues through this forum. Contact them on their support link below.
They will push you down the chat bot route but if that doesn’t work for you keep saying no or not helpful and you should eventually get through to an individual.
Reply with your long number, CVC code and expiry date and I’ll sort it for you!

Thanks Ian - I didn’t get on too well with the chat Question Bot on previous days trying to fix.
