Totally agree with this as it’s happened to me when wanting to join the pace partners. It would be great if you could preset preferred bike setups (eg. TT, climbing, aero, gravel) from your garage and have those combos available to choose from on the start-up screen.

It seems odd that I have to enter the game to know what routes I have done and to swap gear from the garage. Is there not a way to add that to the Companion app? Would make the app actually useful. At the very least an authenticated API so we could write our own.

That is supposedly being addressed and will come out in a future update.

As others have mentioned - it really makes no sense that you have to actually start a ride, access the garage, and then delete the ride.
