Gone to use zwift and unable to select events etc as mouse pointer disappeared from screen (only in zwift functional elsewhere) version 1.96. Never had any issue before but makes it unnavigable
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. The mouse disappearing is not a common complaint. Couple of questions for you:
- Are you using multiple monitors (ex.. running an external monitor (or two) tethered to a laptop)? Is it possible that the cursor is on a different screen where you’re not looking?
- When’s the last time you rebooted your machine? Sounds super basic, but have you tried that?
