The Ride frame uses a 142 mm spacing. It sounds like the left (non-drivetrain side) might be using the adapter for a 148 mm frame?
Please make sure your trainer has the correct axle adapters installed. When you say KICKR Hub - do you mean the Zwift Hub trainer that Zwift sold until earlier this year? If that’s the case - you may want to contact Zwift Support to verify that the correct spacers are installed. Please include photos - they will help a great deal to see what’s happening.
If you meant a trainer made by Wahoo - please also check that the non-drrivetrain adapter is oriented correctly for 142 mm spacing.
