So It look like your last two workouts did not save correctly.
Click on “just me” and see if there is more runs.
It can happen if you have network issues that an activity does not save correctly.
@shooj can you check if you see something.

Hi @Roy_Haverkotte Shuji at ZwiftHQ here. First, welcome to Zwift. We have a great community of Zwift fans who volunteer to welcome new members. Let’s see if we can get you sorted out.
First, let’s talk about a best practice: save & exit the game as soon as you’ve done your workout and see the route or workout completion banner. It’s a quirk that everyone gripes about, but this is the best way to ensure you get credit for your achievements.
Going a bit deeper into your sessions: I’m looking at the history of your session logs on our server, and I’m seeing a Galaxy Active2 watch connected to the game as your speed sensor. That watch is not a supported bit of running hardware, so the accuracy of your speed, distance, and foot cadence will not be as good as a supported foot pod.
Or - is it possible you have a foot pod and the watch is pulling data from that pod? If so, which one is it? Can you give us a fuller picture of the devices (heart rate monitor, treadmill, run pod, etc) you are trying to connect to Zwift?
I’m also seeing two computers running the game app: a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and a Windows computer of some kind. The Galaxy is the device that recorded your three saved sessions. It’s likely that the watch will pass data to the tablet because they’re both Samsungs.
However, the sessions from your Windows computer recorded zero km on our server. Running sessions that recorded less than 0.8 km distance will not be saved to your profile, and I suspect this accounts for the discrepancy.
The root cause here appears to be the watch that’s not supported in game. Using a supported run sensor or treadmill would work correctly on both your Windows computer and Android tablet.
Thanks @shooj, you have all the cool toys.
Hello Guys. First of all thank you for your help and effort you put in this.
During last week i received the zwift footpod i bought from the shop.
So Saterday i thought, lets start all over and setup my new gear.
Using now my Wahoo Tickr Run Heartstrap and new Zwift Footpod.
Connected them to my laptop and started up Zwift.
I was exited to see how smooth setup and calibration went. Guess that also means that my Galaxy Active 2 watch was the one causing the problems. Did a few runs and this morning again. All went good.
One question left, do i have to calibrate the treadmill with footpod every time i do a training?
Or is this just once and than it is good for ever.
Saving money for a Tacx Neo T2 now cause mountainbiking is my thing and running i only do during wintertime.
CU Guys, thx for all, like you said , Ride On … or in this case Walk on!
Hi @Roy_Haverkotte thank you for looping back. We’re glad to hear that everything’s working well for you now!
The runpod works best when it’s attached to the laces as securely as possible nearest to the front of the shoe. Excessive movement can introduce inaccuracies. It’s not a bad idea to check the attachment to the laces periodically and calibrate if you feel your pace is drifting, but you shouldn’t have to calibrate every time.
