I ordered a Zwift Ride with tablet holder. It obviously comes in 3 packages. Two of them arrived. The frame and the tablet holder in separate boxes. Contacted Fed Ex re the missing handlebars and cog box and they basically admitted it was lost and my contract is with Zwift so contact them. They obviously have never tried to contact Zwift support. No reply moving into day 4 from Zwift. So basically I have a €900 piece of plastic and no communication from Zwift. I’m a Zwift member since Beta and this level of customer service is pretty bad.
I’m currently in the same boat. Placed my order on november 22nd, and I received the handlebars last saturday. Zwift support hasn’t yet reacted after almost 48 hours.
Very sad.
Hi @Ariel_L - I’m on the same boat. Missing parcel (1 out of 3). Contacted support via e-mail but no reply whatsoever. Also, FedEx doesn’t seem to be very helpful here. Thank you.
