Is there a way to keep your menu up for more than 2 to 3 seconds?

The one where you can change video angle, turn ERG on/off, chat and take photo. I find lots of time I want to take photo, something cool to send to friends, but the menu only stays up about 2-3 seconds.

I am using an ipad pro 9.7 with the Zwift app

I am asking is there a way to set the timing for how long the menu on the bottom stays up?
