I can’t resume my membership after the pause
I had the same issue, check bank account details have not changed. I looked into it and at some point my bank issued a new card, once I paused my account for my holidays I think the change of details kicked in and prevented my resuming Zwift
Oh my God… you´re right… i´ve changed bank data - thanks very much for help - that was quite easy
