Like many riders when the warm weather comes I want to get back on the roads- it seems sensible to suspend your membership until the dark winter comes back. What I would welcome is being able to nominate a date to start my account again - with an email reminder a month before.

Zwift give you a free 25km per month when you stop your subscription, and you can restart your subscription immediately when you want. So a reminder isn’t necessary - just use your free 25km and when this runs out click the join button to restart your subscription. That way your subscription only starts from the day you do more than 25km in a month.
