I have been looking at the description of some of the group workouts and it is really difficult to understand what they mean. I have worked with Peaks and CTS and others for years so I have an idea.
Looking at current workout descriptions I am not quite sure if those are the ones I want to be doing. Its get clear only after I line up at the start and see the workout chart on the left of the screen.
Is it possible to atleast throw in more details? A request to those who organize these rides. Please…
