Some of the Zwift Academy workouts have a warmup segment at 75 rpm. The text says that if you don’t have a cadence meter, you should aim for 1.5 downstrokes per second on one leg. Shouldn’t that be 1.25 downstrokes per second? My math may not be very good, but I think 1.5 times 60 is closer to 90 rpm.
Either way, I’m glad I have a cadence meter. I don’t know how I’d shoot for one and a fraction downstrokes per second!
