I just spent 8 hours (off-and-on over three days) trying to get my PC to recognize my Kinetic InRide device. What finally worked?
When I realized that the iPhone Zwift app and the iPhone Zwift Companion app ARE NOT THE SAME THING.
It worked instantly once I saw that fact.
Yep, the in the Apple store the Zwift app would show up as:
And Zwift Companion :

Exactly my point. I saw the first one and thought that’s what I wanted. Because- I repeat- it wasn’t made clear, but was lazily implied, that I wanted ZC.
