Hi, I just tried to download Zwift for Mac desktop on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 macbook air 2015, but I get this error message even after deleting and starting the whole process again…I tried to install Zwift at least 4 times same message:
download fails Error 113 in file/patcher.cpp at line 602
Is there a solution? I am not a tech person, I need help please!
If I remember correctly, I believe this to be related to a bad internet connection or the CDN being used over your current connection.
In any case, the solution would be to try using the personal hotspot on your phone (connect to the internet thru your phone) or connect to a VPN before downloading.
Hi Lin, Thanks a million! It worked! I created the mobile phone hotspot and dowloaded just fine! I even used Zwift today! Thanks again:)
