From this morning Zwift doesent’t work. The update doesen’t work and my training is jumped.
The error is 112 in file / patcher.cpp at line 602
I’ve mac os 10.15.5, but the program won’t start. I tried to disable vpn and cloud, to restart the mac, to change network, nothing!! Why zwift genius programmer don’t put the dmg already updated???
Ah there is a support suggest to drag and drop the pkg in to the terminal, but my terminal response in “permission denied”, zwift support ridicolous.
Please help me.
Hi - my zwift install on mac is stuck. i tried the 112 error steps, but i am stuck on step 4 - when i try to drag the pkg to my terminal it says permission denied. i have also tried to remove zwift from my mac, and re-install but it gets stuck while “downloading”. i tired contacting zwift support, and they simply point to the error 112 article which isnt helping me for reasons mentioned above. please can someone help? thanks!
ps: i am an admin user on my mac; i should add that had these problems before big sur update; and same issues exist after the big sur update as well
I’ve had the same issue for a week. I’ve reached out to Zwift and they ultimately just said an update will fix the issue, but did not say when that will be.
Just ran into this Feb 14, 2022. I am on macOS 12.3 Beta. This release of Apple removes Python from the devices. It appears the Zwift install requires python on the machine for the update to run. (I have opened a tix with Zwift.)
You can open a terminal and run python3 and it will install what you need. Once that is done you can then rerun the zwift installer and it should work. This explains the process in more detail. with installer and it should work.
Same here. And I have gone through all the articles I was pointed to by the support team, and gone through all the recommended procedures but nothing helps.
