Lost Training Plan Progress [Nov 2022] [1.31]

I also did the update to 1.31.1 on my Windows PC. Training plan is back, and progress is on the right place.
After I did the update and logged into Zwift on my PC, Training plan came back on the companion app.
Note that I also did not re-enroll while waiting for the update.
Thank you Zwift for fixing and being so transparent in your updates here. :+1:

Worked for me all back how it should be.

I had to run the update twice as it failed first time.
I had not re-enrolled, but used mobile app for one ride, and current position in plan seems to be correct.

Thankyou for fixing quickly

The update worked for me as well. Waited for the update, one ride at smartphone. After updating my progress is back.

Thanks for fixing, please try to test these bugs before rolling out.

Happy to get back on the bike

Update didnt work for me. For those of us that tried to reinstall a plan when it was down - what is the solution? Seems an easy fix would be for one to select a new plan then choose where to start from? I dont mind that I lost the weeks before, it’s the fact I was 7 weeks into a progressive plan that I would now have to restart. Can’t push my race back by 7 weeks to accommodate!!!

Unfortunately, I had re-enrolled after the first update thinking that I needed to just enroll again but now I have lost all my previous progress. Back at square one. Not very happy with the lost progress.

The update fixed it for me on the Mac app. The Companion on the iPhone didn’t show it until I force quit it. Thanks for the quick fix!

Marking this thread “[SOLVED]” is incorrect.

I just did the update on PC. I am now re-enrolled in my plan (Gravel Grinder) but all of my progress (6ish weeks) is still gone. My plan is showing that I have completed zero rides.

Verified I’m on version 1.31.1

At no point during this did I re-enroll in this or any other plan.

Hopefully there is a plan to restore plan progress and that it is, indeed, not gone forever.

Nothing is solved, NOTHING. So angry. If they don’t fix it, I’ll change to Wahoo RGT. Really weak performance. A programm update without testing missing impacts on data is unprofessional.

Besides, an official information about the bug would be usefull and I am waiting for ist, 'cause everyone who is facing this issue ask himself, if it’s possible to go on with the plan althoug the progress is missing and if progress before the bug and progresss after solving the bug would be merged.

Sorry to see that this problem is considered “solved” meanwhile I still have my FTP Builder progress lost!
Could you please keep open this problem?

Problem nadal nie został rozwiązany
Brak postępów w planie

Patch got it to display in my pc again however alas no recovery from my previous bit … i’m guessing i am out of luck with it as i hit enroll a second time when this was going on which cycled all my stuff =\

Hello, the bug is not solved, as anyone who had re-enrolled to keep training, cannot get the history. Could you please re-open the bug and solve it, for people who re-enrolled (TT tune up in my cas)

This is not fixed. One ride short of 11 weeks lost on Build me Up and still lost. The bug fix has not worked Zwift. Please sort this out.

Thank you!

This did not fix my data. I had re-enrolled to continue my training. Is that preventing the recovery?

I had also reenrolled to continue my plan and all my progress is lost (still enrolled but 0 stars….).

My plan progress on Active Recovery also was lost. Samexsituation after re-applying to the plan to continue training.
All 7 weeks progress lost!

hope you have a recent screenshot of progress … then just enroll and select I did that in game … then at least you can just do some math … bummed to have lost my one week but 7 weeks i’d be crushed too

Well I managed to get most of my plan progress back and logged in a couple of times. Now I can’t open Zwift as it’s stuck on the white screen at log in. Pretty frustrating experience all round.
I’ve got my missing session still outstanding though and that needs to be added in by Zwift so they shouldn’t have marked this thread as solved yet.

The patch fixed it for me … 4 weeks into Build Me Up, disappeared with the update, all came back with the patch and put me back exactly where I was. However, I didn’t re-enrol, just let it play out.

If, as it appears, Zwift only allows enrolment in one training plan at a time, the question then becomes … if you re-enrol, does it blank your TP progress data and start afresh with the new plan, or does it retain your progress on the plan in the backgraound in case it is needed?

What happens if you unenrol from one plan and start another and then re-enrol in the original one after completing the second? Does it start it afresh or does it pick up where you left off the first time?

If the former, I wouldn’t be surprised if the progress data has been overwritten when the plan was “restarted”, if the latter then it should be easily possible to restore the progress (unless the fact that it was the same plan also causes the progress to be overwritten).

Either way, as usual the main thing missing is any meaningful comment from Zwift Staff.
