Completely agree. I shuffled things around this morning to fit in the workout. What a waste of my time

I agree, frustrating for sure. How about an email, or post on the Zwift.com homepage, or something… I was lucky enough to find my way to this forum but what about the other 29,000 people looking for information? I hope this doesn’t taint the relationship as the “Official Training Partner” for l’Etape du Tour.

I guess I will do an FTP test to get a baseline before all this training starts then!

Yeah this is poor from Zwift. Especially the blasé “don’t worry about it you can just do it another time”. It’s the lack of updates that’s frustrating. Been planning this for weeks and missed my window today now. Disappointed.

If you look at the calendar, it’s mandatory that we ride on the the highlighted days. Has anyone heard if they are going to adjust the calendar?

Zwift has unfortunately missed the mark on this one! Their lack of communication and transparency is the most disturbing part. Whoever the project manager on this is should polish up their resume’, because they will need it!

That calendar is an example / guide. Other than the Wednesday races (group rides?), the workouts / recovery days are to your own timetable. I guess today was a recovery day :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Their twitter feed is now saying “hopefully” within 24hrs.

Just spent a frustrating 20 mins looking for the workout having organised my evening/week especially for this programme. Why on earth couldn’t they have sent out an email to the participants if they knew it wasn’t going to be ready?

Its the 25th late afternoon - wrote Zwift support twice still not showing in my “workouts”
How can we stay to the schedule if not possible. (not available in workouts)?

Yes an email would have made the disappointment easier to swallow.
Also it would have given their support team less work to do, answering all the emails asking where the workouts are?, which they must be receiving.

It’s very disappointing. Why would a company with as many revenue generating members as Zwift has not have this thing rolled out on time​:man_shrugging: We should all vote with our feet and cancel our subscriptions :thinking: spring is almost here :sun_with_face:

It really does seem that between the Drop Shop fiasco, KISS Super League weight issue and this that Zwift really does need a new Communications director.

Posting here just to get the updates when they become available. It seems like the community is more akin to providing some info than Zwift itself.

Not notifying people whether they joined the club in the first place was a joke (you get thrown back to your account page, really? The web coders couldn’t even throw in one notification window?) but not this is not funny anymore.

Communicate guys. Keep the users updated. Anticipate the issues.

workout dropdown menu. under workouts, not plans

Can you tell us where you see them? I just logged in and don’t anything under workouts or training plans.
