I did participate on Zwift Hill Climb Racing Club - Week Two today 17/7/2023 18h30, my time won’t appear on leader board, don’t know why, I did finished all course, it appears on my zwiftpower activities but not click able.
Is it normal or I missed something?

The “LIVE” tab for the event doesn’t show you were ever in the race (finished or not). Your activity on the Companion app just shows “Sand and Sequoias” with no event name or results. Also the pictures show your KOM times and a holo replay that would not appear in a race. If that’s the activity that you thought was a race, then it looks like somehow you were not racing. Very confusing. Did you pre-ride the course prior to the race? If so then the race does not show up in your activity feed. I can’t tell what happened.

now i was looking for the map my activity registered, it was not sand and sequoias track, it must have bugged when i began the race from the event menu, even the name it saves on activies is sand and sequoias but neighter the track it put me crosses with the track i sould have done.
I wonder if it’s related to this bug that routes riders off the race course. The Zwift KOM shown in your pictures isn’t part of the Sand and Sequoias route, so you must have ended up not on the course.

yes indeed, did not pre-ride, joined at the time to start, when to events and selected it and clicked begin race, somehow I ended in different a track but with bar distance to finish at the top like i were racing, i did find strange not seeing anybody neither positions but since this event only counts the kom i thought it was about that.
We’re you in a starting pen with other riders not moving, seeing a countdown timer to the beginning of the event?

no i wasnt, i thought it was suppose to be that way because only counts the time in the kom but was notice that at the begging.
I was pedalling during the loading screen, could that trigger this bug?
If you were never in the starting pen with the countdown timer then you were never really in the event. But I don’t know why this happened or if it’s a software bug.

Late join (you haven’t been in start pens) + wrong turn bug perhaps?

I’ve had a quick look at the logs from your ride and there are significantly more errors in there than I would normally expect (bear in mind I don’t look at these often).
It’s probabvly a good idea to send these into the support team so they can have a look into them for you.
I’m sorry your race didn’t work out.
