Landice L7 / Executive Control Panel

I have a Landice L7 treadmill with the Executive Control Panel that I’d like to use with Zwift Run.  It does broadcast BlueTooth and Zwift seems to see and pair with it on both my iPad and iPhone but nothing registers, .e.g., treadmill speed is not coming through.  It does pair and work with other apps like Wahoo RunFit.

Am I missing a setting or is the Landice not “yet” supported?
