Lag in watts between zwift and companion app

Hi just wondering if anyone has seen this issue…I get a lag between the watts shown on my laptop and the watts shown on the companion app…heart rate and speed match…I use a windows 10 laptop and a saris H3 trainer… no issues with resistance …just have a difference in watts between phone and laptop…all other icons on companion app working

Welcome to the forum.

The Companion app show instant power and your Zwift is probably showing 3sec avr. You can change Zwift to instant power in settings.
