Recent ladder race. A rider from each team who crossed the finish line together both reported that Zwift suddenly closed for them. They appear in the results having finished correctly but on the map they are both shown as finishing at the same distance but well short of the finish line. Has this happened to others? It happened again last night to our same rider 
You need device details to get any useful feedback. The riders should have support look at their logs

Good advice & will get that done. I’m just curious if others had the same issue. Weird how it happened to 2 riders at exactly the same time & distance.
Definitely weird to see it at the same time. I think the only recent public chatter about crashes is on older iPad/Apple TV devices with only 2GB RAM but that’s usually when starting an activity from the home screen.

Equally weird that your rider had his second activity crash at exactly the same time 30:09.
ZwiftPower shows these riders completing the race distance on their rider profile and they show as finishing race/s in the Live data. However both are missing the distance, profile, power, hr, time information analysis on ZwiftPower for the end of these races. Looks like a Zwift crash where not all data was saved. These types of crashes appear to happen every now and then and are usually accompanied by no screenshots being saved. (Probably because rider doesn’t get option to save them. I imagine Zwift is probably periodically saving Activity information as the ride/race goes along but when the crash happens any end of ride/race activity which hasn’t been automatically saved is lost. Edit again - which if so might explain why your rider has information only up until 30:09 on both activity)

Well spotted!! I hadn’t noticed the times were the same!! Very odd.
