Been using ATV with Zwift for 5 years (3 different ATVs) - no problems with logins. But about a 6 weeks ago it started - every time I open zwift it asks me to log in. On top of that it also forgets some of my settings. Like power graph on the bottom of the screen AND trainer difficulty settings - I ride on hardest, but every freaking time I open it is back to default middle state.
It got old realllly quick
You might try reinstalling Zwift on your ATV, perhaps even with another iOS device close by. IIRC, there is sometimes a window that pops up during installation asking for some sort of permission. And if you miss the window, or donât âallowâ whatever it wants, then I think you may get the behavior you are describing.
The usual troubleshooting steps for this type of issue:
uninstall Zwift
RESTART (not sleep) the AppleTV
reinstall Zwift, ensuring you say âYESâ to any pop-up requesting permissions
after EVERY ride (not âsessionâ but actual RIDE), force quit the Zwift app
If the above doesnât solve the issue, do a full âReset and Updateâ of the AppleTV, followed by reinstalling Zwift.

Not a solution for me. Tried this multiple times. Zwift is the only app on Apple TV which gets logged out.
Used Zwift yesterday, force quit, started today: logged out.
Developers fix this!
Continues to bug me. Every. Single. Time.
Perhaps hard to correct because itâs not consistent or widespread. In the 5 years I have been using Zwift on ATV I think this has happened to me 2 or 3 times, always during the first use following an update.
Every 24 hours or sometimes 48 hours. I am at the point I start Zwift with a minute of cursing.
A reset (not reboot) of the ATV, followed by reinstall of Zwift, will almost certainly fix this.
