Jittery Video

Last spring everything with Zwift worked fine. Over the summer I cancelled my membership and restarted it yesterday to start riding indoors on my Tacx Smart Bike. However, after the update applied the video was super jittery. The road was covered in patches of color. I could see bikes but no riders and the video was fluttiering and pausing every few seconds. I disabled the video screenshot. I have a new laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 and Radeon Graphics and 16 GB RAM. I cannot get a response from an ambassador so I am reaching out to see if someone can help me.

There have been reports recently that installing the latest AMD graphics driver resolved performance problems (ie, the driver downloaded directly from the AMD website)

Thank you very much for this information. Updating the AMD/Ryzen drivers appears to have resolved my issues. I’ll have to verify this by further testing on my Tacx Smart Bike, but for the just watching test I did it does appear to be resolved. Too bad I already did a Windows Reset on my Laptop as this was suggested as one of the remedies. Others had not suggested updating my drivers. Thanks again.
