Jersey El tour de Tucson did not unlock

Hi altogether,
on Sunday 22nd of Novembre I take successfully take part in the “El tour de Tucson” Event and the leader (Amanda) mentioned that all participants will get the special “El tour de Tucson” jersey. But i cannot find it in my garage.
Has anyone else this issue? Or do I have to have a minimum level? (I’m only lvl 18)

Dear Zwift support: Can you please unlock the jersey for me?
