Hi, i am using it 4 days a week. At the end of ride Zwift offers 5-10 minutes cool-down sessions. Do you think it is enough just by cooldown on a bike or should i do some cooldown exercises off a bike? Like stretching?
Yes, you should stretch.

After a race, I tend to cool down for around 10km in low z2/high z1.
And stretch afterwards.
