For three days my ipad Zwift has been locked on PAUSED. I have tried saving the ride and deleting the ride but nothing changes. When I go to start a new ride my avatar doesn’t move and when I look it is still paused in the previous ride.
Have you already tried force-quitting the app or rebooting the tablet?
