I need to change category, with the smart roller I am category C, and it marks me category A

Welcome to the forums Tonga! What power source were you using before? Unfortunately with the new category enforcement, you cannot change categories. Zwift uses your last 60 days of data, so you will need to wait until the 60 days pass from the last day that you used the incorrect power source.

Ah, ok. So you should be back into C 60 days after May 18th, if that was the last time you used the common roller with sensors.

I am not official Zwift support, just a community member trying to help out . I do know that Zwift is unable to remove your previous activities or races. Unfortunately you will have to wait until the 60 days expire. When was your last activity with the inaccurate rollers?

Looking at your profile you will be C on 19th July (in 5 days).

Just to let you know there are two race category systems in place within Zwift.

Zwiftpower Category - you have been given link to information above. I believe you will be an ‘A’ category rider on ZwiftPower until around 17/18th August as ZwiftPower uses 90 day ride information. (Edit - unless you contact Zwift Support as suggested above and ask them to review your roller performances)

There is also Category Enforcement (CE) race categories. See link below for FAQ. CE uses only last 60 days ride history so this is where the date of 19th July has come from.

I’m sure on 19th July you will no longer be an ‘A’ category rider for CE events and will move to C (or possibly B) category.

Your last race was right on the borderline between Category Enforcement C&B categories and has ended up placing you as B category.

As you have shown in the race selection picture above as a CE cat B you can enter races which are operated under CE in either the B category or A category - BUT not the C or D category races.

Although you are shown as category A in ZwiftPower (ZP) one of the anomalies of the ZP race system is that you are not forced to race only in Category A races. You are permitted to enter any of the categories you wish in ZP races.

Edit: each race generally has a description informing you whether the race is operated under CE or ZP rules.
