I need a follow on to the 6 week FTP Builder Plan

After a tough year physically, I started back on Zwift about 12-13 weeks ago. I started with the 10 week get back into fitness program, which I completed faster by doubling up my workouts and then I took on the 6 week FTP Bulder. I am about to end that plan. What is the next logical step since I won’t be able to get back on the road until spring.

Build Me Up is one of the better plans. You may need a bit of rest first though.


I agree with Paul. Have an easy week first, then get after it.

BMU is a bit mad and frenetic, especially later in the plan, but it’s a lot of fun too.
