I’m looking for some advice on what to follow up the beginner FTP course with. I just started cycling in June or July, and joined Zwift 6 weeks ago. I mostly started for the exercise, but since I’m doing it, I want to get better at it. I took an FTP test after the course, gained 3% . Is there a ‘course of course’? I’m not opposed to just taking it again, but would be nice to have a plan.
