No, once it’s gone it’s gone I’m afraid.
I send all my Zwift activities off to Garmin and Strava as backups, plus I can use those apps and other 3rd party apps to further dive into my data if I want to.
If you are on Zwiftpower, then your fit file will be under your > Profile > Activities but you cant do much with that except push it to an external website/tool.
