I took a mistake and i didn’t save my run activity, is it possible to recover it?

Not to the Zwift servers, but depending on the device you used you can recover the .fit file: How to Retrieve a Lost or Partial Ride File on Zwift | Zwift Insider

I have the fit files and I sent them to me. But I didn’t know how to load them to Zwift compannion. I am using IPad

You cannot manually upload .fit files/activities to Zwift’s servers, ONLY to 3rd party sites like Strava, Garmin, FinalSurge and more.
