I can skip a segment, let me go back to a segment!

I was doing a peer workout and I looked at the clock, realized I needed to leave and cut the workout short. So I decided to cut 5 minutes off of a 130w segment, which was followed by one minute at 400w.

With 5 minutes left on the 130w segment I hit TAB. But I fat fingered and hit it twice. So I skipped the 400w segment which kicked me into another 130w segment. So annoying.

Please let me shift tab or something.
