I just did a FTP Test for the second time and would like to know what the new FTP is but I’m not able to see any status on my ride. How do I go about to view what the new FTP was. It did tell me that it had changed but didn’t give me a chance to view since as soon as I save it goes away.

Your FTP is currently located in your User Profile screen within the Zwift game itself (reference here). It will eventually show up on your dashboard and on the mobile app as well.
