How to sign up for an event

I seem to missing something when trying to sign up for an event. I used the companion app, clicked the little plus sign for the Tour stage 3, which started in about 15 minutes. What is the next step to join the ride? I figured the game would drop me in the group event at the start time, but I was left out on the road by myself.

Hi @Paul_Bunyan,

That is the correct way to sign up for the event. I found that if you are on the start menu in Zwift and you use the companion app to sigh up it wont take you to the start pen. So you have to sign up before opening Zwift or while you are already riding.

There will be a Blue button on the bottom left “join Ride” from about 15 min to go.
