How to reset incorrect 2000W power?

I’ve got three bad max power values: 2000W, 1500W, and 1000W, and the associated achievments in-game. These came from trying a different trainer a few years ago.

How do I get rid of them?

I’ve searched the forums, but the previous solution to delete the CP folder no longer works. See the “Reset best power records” topic.

Are there any solutions to this? Should I contact Zwift support for help with this?

Email zwiftpower@zwift.com, explain what happened and when you stopped using the faulty trainer

He’s not so much talking about his racing profile but more the achievements he’s not earned.

Andrij, yes you should contact support and ask if they can remove those achievements.

That’s correct. This is not in ZwiftPower. These show up every time after a ride in the Critical Power section of the Ride Report screen.

Now that is an impressively steep power curve

Writing to zwiftpower@zwift.com is the answer. That is the support team that can reset your category enforcement data, which is what you see on the CP graph.

Hi @Andrij_Rudnitsky Welcome to forums. This is Juan, a Zwift colleague. I see that you have opened a ticket with support guys. However, I’d like to explain you a few things. I understand your enthusiasm for earning your badges through your own efforts.

We are unable to reset your personal best for a specific date/time. If the information is listed on the “Paused Menu” then we have a tool to reset all your best in Zwift. Applying this option will permanently delete all the best listed on the “Pause Menu”. Resetting your personal bests resets everything to 0 and allows you to build up new personal bests.

Meanwhile, unlocking badges don’t work in this way. Even If we invalidate the data, the badges would remain with you. However, We have another way to solve this, We can revoke the badges. This way, you can do your best to get them. Feel free to explain this in the ticket you already opened. They will be delighted to help you.

@Juan_Lopez10 I have a similar problem, my pause screen is showing max power data thats about 50 more than I have ever done. In addition I’m recovering from a series of cardiac events and am unlikely to trouble my old data, let alone the max values I’m seeing. How do I go about getting this reset so I can built up a new power profile?
