How to remove duplicate accounts

A friend now in their 80’s has started zwifting again but with a new profile. He recently went to enter an event and was entered with a very old profile as an A cat ride. How can he remove the duplicate account so that there is only on zwift profile associated to his name? Thanks

Assuming the accounts use different email addresses, log in with the one that he wants to delete and follow these instructions:

Or contact Zwift support and battle the chat bot until it surrenders and prompts you to open a support case.
