How to merge accounts

@Scotty, hi everyone, does anyone know how to merge 2 accounts?
I created a new account thinking I forgot the informations of the former one, but I bought a subscription for the wrong one…

You’ve disabled me in your preferences. You need to allow new user onboarding tips to interact with me.

contact support, they should be able to help

use the “contact us” button in the top right and good luck with the chat bot, hopefully it will let you email support eventually.

Hi @Mike_Rowe1, IDK why but it’s not working, the button seems obsolete

what browser are you using? It should open a chat box after clicking on it.

I should do it on another browser

Try another browser or try doing it via the Companion app
