Horizon gr7 not holding connection

I recently purchased a horizon gr7 bike, i managed to connect it to Zwift, it worked for a week but thereafter when i connect it at the beginning it immediately loose the connection. Bike is brand new but regardless i replaced batteries to make sure it was imputable to weak signal. I actually like the bike s9 before returning it i would to know if anyone could assist

Hi Francisco, i also own a Horizon GR7 and worked very fine (> 2 years) - until today when i installed the Zwift update to version 1.86.0 (build 142579). I does find my hardware when activated (“JFICycle31”), but immediately looses connection (same as Maurizio). I run Zwift on an Android Tablet (Lenovo Tab M10). I looked at the threads (old), but no clear direction on how to solve. Please advise (as I can’t ride anymore with Zwift ).

Hi Frederik, i am not sure if the issue has anything to do with Zwift update, i am still experiencing the same issue, i managed to get a technician to come over and check themselves, they resolved the bluetooth board needs to be replaced. I also have the same issue with the app @Zone and even with the console of the bike. I will provide update once the new bluetooth installed.

Ho lo stesso problema e oggi mi hanno chiesto di inviare la scheda bluetooth installata nella Gr7.
Appena hai notizie fammi sapere per cortesia, poiché anche io ho rinnovato l abbonamento proprio l altro ieri ed ho la bike inutilizzabile.
Nel frattempo smonto la scheda e la invio e vediamo un po.
