Don't buy Zwift Products

They make equipment that fails and don’t give you any advice if you are outside of warranty period. It’s just sorry deal with it. What a crappy support program. I have had the product for 2 years and it is just a stump right now because bluetooth is completely broken and there is no way to fix it.

There seems to be a current connection/resistance issue that is very recent, so it is possible this is a recent issue that will be fixed relatively quickly.

What is your trainer? Are you using a Zwift Ride and kickr combination?

I have the Zwift Hub. The bluetooth connects and as soon as I start pedaling the bluetooth disconnects. I have tried every troubleshooting fix offered and it won’t work.

Did this just start after the recent update? If so I think there are others with the same issue.

I just set it up for the winter two weeks ago and it is not working. Worked fine last winter.

So, is it not connecting at all? Are you seeing it in the pairing screen, or not? What is the experience you’re seeing? There’s a chance it’s a recent bug, but it could be something different.

Is your subscription expired?

Given the large number of bug reports right now, I would defer any decision about the trainer. Try it with some other app and see what happens.

It pairs then as soon as I pedal the lights got multi colors and it unpairs from the app.
