IIRC, the issue (which was specifically related to adding ponytails or braids, I think) with crossing the head/torso barrier was that Zwift would then have to add a ponytail/braid to EVERY jersey option (i.e. it could not be something simply ‘overlaid’ on the existing kit when chosen as an option.
