Does anyone out there use a Polar H7 Bluetooth Smart Sensor and have problems with erratic BPM readings? I have contacted Polar and done everything they recommended including battery replacement, battery compartment check, new strap, as well as resetting the unit, plus wetting the strap to no avail. I have also checked the readings on their APP and it gives the same readings as on Zwift. 


We would recommend getting back in touch with Polar. Inform them you have followed all of their trouble shooting they have provided and see what they say the next step is from there.

I am having exactly the same problem with the Polar H7.  I am sure the problem is with the Zwift software because the H7 works with other hardware just fine.  Please fix!

@Jim: Zwift only receives the signals that are being sent to it. If you’re seeing erratic readings, it’s likely either because the hardware is faulty or there’s an issue with the signal getting interrupted. See our Bluetooth interference troubleshooting - and if that doesn’t solve the problem, you may want to open a support ticket with us so we can rule out interference, or contact Polar directly.
