Have joined and set up direct debit but still get feee trial on countdown

Hi, my wife and I have both signed up with direct debits but she still has a warning countdown on the km. Is there a lag when direct debit is set up in terms of it going through to your account and removing the trial period please?

Has your initial 7 day free trial ended yet? Your bank will be debited after your seven day free trial has ended, and that message will go away at that point.
