Do you have any other app or cycling computer you can test it with? Have you tried it with a different (new) battery? Do you have any other ANT+ devices that pair successfully to your computer?
If you’re using Windows and have never successfully paired any ANT+ device to the PC, you may want to read this:
If you’re using a mac then the ANT+ driver is included and should just work.
