I suspect the best way to do this is to give good points for DRAFTING and BEING DRAFTED, but giving points to people in group rides is a very smart idea to encourage more group riding. I must say that group riding and chatting while riding is exceptionally fun and realistic!
There was an idea floated a while ago adding some flair to the jerseys. One of them I think was called “helping hand” for someone who helped push the wind for others. A tongue-in-cheek wheel sucker flair could be cool too.
IDK about individual rewards while in a group but maybe something to reward a group for cohesiveness …like fastest lap /kom/sprint with largest percentage of participants
