Community awarded jerseys

I don’t have this idea fully baked, but it would be sort of cool if there were some jerseys (or identifying flair) that was awarded based on some kind of voting by your peers.  Some possibilities:

  1. Helping hand graphic jersey for someone who is known to help lead rides or give the draft to others
  2. Hot pepper graphics for combative and feisty riders

I’m not sure exactly how you would cast the vote.  Maybe make it an option when clicking their name on the side bar or as a prompt when ending the ride if you want to vote (limit once per day) on these.

I’d love to see a jersey for “full lap at 20 W/kg”.   The cheaters could collect this in addition to the other jerseys.
