Group ride

Hi I’ve just completed the morning cuppa group ride but its not showing up in activities, all my other group rides are showing. Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely a network failure and it didnt save, or have you logged into Zwift on multiple devices without logging out properly?

I’m sorry to hear that your group ride isn’t showing up in the activity section like your other rides.

When you finish an activity, it usually uploads automatically to the Zwift dashboard as a standard fit (.fit) file. Sometimes, though, if there are internet issues while you’re saving or if you’re logged in on multiple devices, it can lead to a partial save or a little glitch in the file.
